Hello and welcome to my book blog Forever In A Story. I review books on Goodreads (and now here) as well as dabble in writing! I’d love to share my thoughts about my favorite books and start a conversation with the void.
My name is Andy and I’m a graduate student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My program is in Pathobiology, which is essentially Infectious Disease in agriculturally important animal models. I have a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Northern Michigan University as well as an English minor.
I have always loved reading books. When I was younger, I’d think about how I’d like to twist parts of my favorite stories, or add more to certain subplots. After my first couple creative writing classes, I took an interest in writing and started with poems and short stories. I think about one day publishing a novel, but currently my main focus is reading and reviewing!
